No Returns Policy

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
This policy helps us ensure that every jar we deliver maintains the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and freshness.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We understand that issues can occasionally occur during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll process a replacement for the affected item at no extra cost.

Items reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are issued only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect upon delivery

  • A valid proof of purchase and photos are provided within the 24-hour window

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
