Where is Umma’s Foods located?

We are based in Bu Shaghara – Sharjah. Our products are handcrafted with love and care to bring you the best flavors from our kitchen to yours.
Do you deliver across India / UAE?

UAE

We deliver pickles to Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman within 2-3 days, while orders to other areas of the UAE are shipped via courier. Delivery is free for orders of 100 AED or more, whereas a courier fee of 10 AED applies to orders below 100 AED. Customers can expect to receive their products within 2-3 days.

India

Yes! We deliver across India, with shipping options that ensure your jars reach safely and intact. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
What is your return or refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share an opening video of the product for verification.
Are your products homemade?

Yes! All our products are made using traditional recipes, ensuring authenticity and a homemade touch.  Our pickles and spice blends are made with natural ingredients and without any preservatives to ensure the best taste and quality.
